Keeping Tutus Full & Fluffy
How do you keep costumes with any type of tutu or puffy skirt nice and full and fluffy. Always hang the costume upside down on the hanger. Let gravity keeep it loving nice. When putting the costume on and taking it off, always use your hands to give it that last little fluff. Separate the layers of netting by hand if you need to.
